Position – HR Digital Tools Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic HR Digital Tools Specialist to join our HR Team in Mestrino (PD). In this role, you will oversee the development, day‐to‐day operational maintenance, and first/second‐level support of our HR systems. You will ensure seamless process execution, data accuracy and an optimal user experience across all HR platforms.
What you will do
Perform routine maintenance and configurations on Talentia HCM modules (e.g., master data management, workflows, roles/users, training courses, and performance processes)
Contribute to the implementation and rollout of new functionalities




Ensure HR data quality and integrity through periodic audits, data cleansing activities, and ongoing monitoring
Create, update, and optimize reports based on HR and management requirements
Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between the HRIS and other business systems (e.g., payroll, Active Directory, expense management platforms)
Provide support to HR users and employees regarding system usage and functionality
Maintain updated documentation on system configurations and HR processes
WHO you are
Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a structured organizational environment
Good knowledge of the Talentia HCM system is considered a plus
Understand of core HR processes is considered a plus
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a problem‐solving attitude
Good communica
