- Supporting the F&B; management in organising and steering all culinary areas
- Close collaboration with the Maître, Head Chef and Bar Manager
- Ensuring smooth processes across service, kitchen, bar and bistro




- Supporting daily organisation and staff scheduling
- Contributing to the development of standards and processes

Team leadership & development
- Supporting and guiding the service team's leaders
- Onboarding and developing new team members
- Delivering training sessions and briefings
- Fostering a positive team culture and service quality

Quality management
- Ensuring our high service and quality standards
- An active presence in operations and support with day‑to‑day challenges
- Handling guest feedback and complaints professionally

Controlling & administration
- Supporting inventories and cost‑of‑goods controls
- Contributing to budget planning and forecasts
- Preparing reports and key‑figure analyses
- Supporting projects to optimise processes and profitability
