Experteer Overview In this role you will be the first point of contact for corporate banking clients, managing daily banking requests and supporting implementation of products and services. You will work closely with Front Office, Shared Services and Back Office teams to ensure smooth operations and identify opportunities for growth. You will also help liaise during client visits with Sales Managers and contribute to regulatory and risk processes. This position offers a dynamic environment with a focus on client service and cross‐functional collaboration.
Retribuzione / Benefits Serve as the primary contact for client banking needs, coordinating flows, accounts, cash pooling, and e‐banking setups with relevant teams
Prepare welcome packages for new clients and autonomously support partial or full implementation of products/services as appropriate
Provide accurate answers to inquiries and proactively communicate incidents to clients
Follow up on service issues with Front Office, Back Office and product teams in Paris
Identify sales opportunities within existing customers




Ensure compliance with procedural risk management frameworks
Support Trade sales in origination and execution of trade finance transactions
Contribute to regulatory processes related to credit risk (RWA, ECL, provisions)
Responsabilità Bachelor in Finance or Business Administration
1 year customer‐facing / relationship management experience in a related area
Local and international Payments & Cash Management experience
Italian C2 and English C1; additional languages advantageous
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Analytical and quantitative skills
Client and solution oriented with strong interpersonal abilities
Team spirit, leadership potential, and ability to coordinate across functions
Capability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
Understanding of risk management and commitment to a strong risk culture
Understanding of client's business and local market
