Job Overview The Strategic Partnerships Expert will define, set up, and manage the partnership ecosystem for the Business Banking target. The candidate will scout new opportunities, assess and prioritize them, manage internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate with other areas of the bank and senior management. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with departments to support partnership set‐up for business customers. Support senior team members during negotiations with partners across all phases. Identify selection criteria and manage the partnership lifecycle from requirements to contract definition and communication strategy. Contribute to the strategic vision of Business Banking. Assess performance of launched partnerships, monitor market trends and competition, and ensure an effective customer proposition. Create requirements and business cases to support evolution of the offering. Participate in the design phase of partnership set‐up, ensuring alignment with market trends and ING standards. Collect market insights,



ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to market dynamics. Qualifications Master's or bachelor's degree; postgraduate or equivalent background in Economics, Management, Engineering, or similar. 5+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or strategy consulting. Proven track record in partnership start‐up and management. Solid knowledge of national and international banking/fintech markets, including innovation trends, benchmarks and competitors. Experience working autonomously in a dynamic and collaborative environment, identifying new business opportunities and improvements. Outstanding written and oral communication skills; ability to produce clear presentations and interact directly with senior colleagues. Fluent in English. Soft Skills Problem‐solving attitude.
