Location: Turin, Italy (3 days in office per week minimum) New Space Technical are partnered with a leading European small-satellite manufacturer developing next-generation Earth Observation missions. We are looking for an experienced SAR End-to-End Systems Engineer to lead the design and performance of complete SAR remote sensing systems, from spaceborne payload definition through to ground segment, processing chains, and final data products. You will join their team on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. The Role You'll own the end-to-end SAR system architecture, translating mission objectives into robust, high-performance technical solutions across space and ground segments. Key Responsibilities Defining and maintaining end-to-end SAR system architectures Translating user needs into system-level requirements with full traceability Leading SAR payload concept definition and system trade-offs Performing end-to-end performance analyses (resolution, swath, NESZ, coverage, latency, product quality) Ensuring alignment between payload design, processing, calibration,
