Among the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a Junior HR Generalist (L. 68/99) to join its Talent Acquisition team in Bologna
MAIN TASKS:
The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- setting up university and post-graduate internships
- end-to-end management of the company's participation in university career fairs (enrolment, shipping of promotional and informational materials, etc.)
- purchase order entry and monitoring of agreements between the company and vendors (universities, headhunters, etc.)

The candidate will also be gradually involved in Talent Acquisition activities:
- job postings on standard recruiting channels (e.g. university portals, LinkedIn)




- reporting
- CV screening and phone screening of potential candidates
- HR interviews

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master's Degree in Humanities (Languages, Literature, Philosophy, History) or Psychology.
- up to 1 years of experience in the Recruiting team of either a middle/big organization or in an employment agency
- very good command of English (at least B2) and preferably an intermediate knowledge of another EU language (Spanish, French, German).
- familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
