Position – HR Digital Tools Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic HR Digital Tools Specialist to join our HR Team in Mestrino (PD). In this role, you will oversee the development, day‑to‑day operational maintenance, and first/second‑level support of our HR systems. You will ensure seamless process execution, data accuracy and an optimal user experience across all HR platforms.
What you will do
- Perform routine maintenance and configurations on Talentia HCM modules (e.g., master data management, workflows, roles/users, training courses, and performance processes)
- Contribute to the implementation and rollout of new functionalities




- Ensure HR data quality and integrity through periodic audits, data cleansing activities, and ongoing monitoring
- Create, update, and optimize reports based on HR and management requirements
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between the HRIS and other business systems (e.g., payroll, Active Directory, expense management platforms)
- Provide support to HR users and employees regarding system usage and functionality
- Maintain updated documentation on system configurations and HR processes

WHO you are
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a structured organizational environment
- Good knowledge of the Talentia HCM system is considered a plus
- Understand of core HR processes is considered a plus
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a problem‑solv
