Experteer Overview As Legal Counsel in Labor Relations, you will provide employment-law guidance to HR and management, oversee litigation and external counsel, and support strategic restructurings. You'll draft agreements and company policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage disciplinary and workforce-reduction processes. This role reports to the General Counsel Italy and operates in a fast-paced, multinational environment. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to navigate complex labor matters and enable business decisions that align with FedEx's People-Service-Profit culture.
Retribuzione / Benefits Provide employment law advice (individual and collective) to HR and management
Manage employment litigation and coordinate external law firms
Support labor‐law aspects of extraordinary transactions (reorganizations, restructurings)
Draft/review/negotiate employment contracts, collective agreements, and policies




Monitor compliance with labor laws and industrial relations regulations
Responsabilità Law degree and admission to the Bar
5-7 years post‐qualification experience in employment law
In‐depth knowledge of Italian employment law
Strong negotiation, problem‐solving, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently and have a strong business orientation
Experience supporting labor relations and company reorganizations
