Lead Backend Engineer and Developer
As a Lead Engineer specializing in Java Microservices, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance microservices-based solutions.



You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver cutting-edge Java-based solutions that drive digital transformation for our clients.
Your Impact
- Lead the design and development of Java-based microservices architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers and engineering teams to define technical roadmaps and deliver business-critical solutions.
- Implement best practices for microservices development, including API design, service discovery, and fault tolerance.
- Optimize Java applications for cloud-native environments, leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless technologies.
- Drive automation and CI/CD best practices to ensure rapid and reliable deployment of microservices.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
