The role
We're looking for a skilled and proactive Marine Surveyor to join our Technical Surveying & Project Management Department.
After an initial onboarding period in our office in Viareggio, the position will be mainly based in Ancona.
What you'll do
As part of a specialized team, you'll:
Conduct technical surveys to the highest industry standards.
Monitor new build and refit projects from contract signing to final delivery.
Collaborate with leading surveyors and department heads to ensure technical compliance.
What we're looking for
We value both experience and attitude. Ideal candidates will have:
At least two years in one of the following roles:
Surveyor for a Classification Society, Flag State, or private surveying company (cargo or super yachts)
Part of the production department of a superyacht yard




Engineer Officer on merchant ships or super yachts (minimum three years at sea)
Good spoken and written English
Strong analytical and IT skills (MS Office, database systems)
Willingness to travel frequently on short notice (Italy and worldwide)
