Experteer Overview As Affiliate Manager for Italy, you will own the end-to-end affiliate strategy and execution to drive registrations and first-time deposits (FTDs) in a competitive sports betting market. You'll build and manage partnerships with Italian affiliates, optimise deals for profitability, and collaborate with Marketing and Product to ensure seamless campaigns. Your role supports DAZN Bet's growth by improving traffic quality, ROI, and long-term affiliate performance. You'll engage in industry events to expand networks and elevate affiliate visibility, contributing to scalable, data-driven growth.

Negotiate and execute commercial affiliate deals to drive registrations and FTDs
Build and manage long‐term relationships with affiliate partners
Monitor performance using KPIs (traffic quality, FTDs, NGR, ROI)
Optimize deals and placements to maximise profitability
Provide onboarding support and technical guidance to affiliates




Collaborate with Marketing and Product for seamless integration and campaigns
Deliver regular performance reports and growth opportunities
Represent DAZN Bet at industry events and gaming fairs
Enhance affiliate visibility across DAZN platforms with Marketing Director
Responsabilità Minimum 5 years' experience in the Italian iGaming or sports betting market
Strong expertise in affiliate marketing, especially SEO‐led models
Deep understanding of affiliate deal structures, placements, and optimisation
Established network of Italian affiliate partners
Proven track record of driving high‐quality FTDs and customer acquisition
Strong commercial mindset focused on NGR, LTV, and sustainable growth
Analytical approach to assess performance and optimise ROI
Passion for sport and building a high-performance brand
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
