Experteer Overview In this role you drive productivity and standardize work organization across Electrolux manufacturing sites in EMEA and APAC. You lead a team, partner with plant leadership, and apply Lean and MTM to design efficient, scalable production layouts. You will push continuous improvement, uphold EH&S; standards, and work with unions to implement new operating models. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead productivity improvements across multiple plants, optimize line balance, and monitor labor efficiency with corrective actions Define and standardize work processes and SOPs, standard work charts, and job breakdown sheets Design and improve workstations and layouts with ergonomic and Lean principles Drive the Work Organization pillar within World Class Manufacturing (WCM) including audits Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and cost efficiency Collaborate with plant teams and stakeholders (including Trade Unions)
