Your Role We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village in Cesena (Italy). You will be in charge of drafting complex legal documents, negotiating, structuring, interpreting, executing, and/or administering contractual documents. Therefore, we are looking for a professional with personal confidence, legal acumen and business savvy to operate in a highly regulated industry as he/she will also provide significant input in the development and implementation of legal compliance policies and procedures. You will additionally develop appropriate relationships for the legal department with other departments across the business as well as externally with local authorities. As Legal Counsel,



you will be responsible for counseling the business by giving pro‐active, professional, competent, (cost) effective and creative legal support by always bringing negotiation and drafting skills as well as business sense to deal with multiple functional teams in a rapidly scaling business. You will collaborate with business leaders by advising on legal risks, business strategies and other issues related to the Company's businesses, and work independently as well as part of various teams to take on projects in addition to the daily day job.
