As Salewa's Marketing Director, you drive the global brand vision and growth across consumer touchpoints. You will lead cross-functional teams in brand, product, commercial and community to connect performance, innovation and mountain culture. You'll shape global campaigns, storytelling, digital ecosystems and athlete partnerships at a brand that blends heritage with modern mountain sport. This is a strategic, impact-driven role with a strong emphasis on global rollout, performance marketing and community leadership.

- Develop and translate Salewa's global brand strategy into scalable roadmaps for regions and channels
- Lead integrated 360 campaigns across brand, product, retail, e-commerce, social media, PR, events and partnerships
- Create go-to-market frameworks for seasonal footwear, apparel and equipment launches
- Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to turn innovations into consumer storytelling and demand
- Oversee athlete, creator and community marketing to strengthen credibility in mountaineering and related sports




- Lead content and digital ecosystem development across social, editorial, CRM and e-commerce platforms
- Define marketing KPIs across awareness, engagement, consideration, conversion and retention
- Build and nurture a high-performing, global marketing organization and act as a senior leadership partner to Brand, Product, Sales and DTC

Responsabilità
- 5–10+ years in senior marketing or brand leadership (sporting goods, outdoor or culture-driven brands)
- Proven record of global integrated marketing campaigns across multiple regions and channels
- Excellent brand-building, storytelling and communication skills
- Strong commercial sensibility with KPI management and business impact
- Deep understanding of consumer culture, communities, creators and athlete ecosystems
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Fluent in English; Italian and/or German is a plus
