Experteer Overview In this role you design scalable, standards-driven training for a global audience, focusing on adult learning and outcomes. You work closely with SMEs to define objectives and craft multi-modal learning experiences, while driving projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll coordinate with production and LMS teams to release training across regions, shaping learning that delivers real business impact. risks, dependencies, handoffs Lead review cycles to ensure quality and consistency Coordinate with production teams and manage LMS releases Collaborate across regions/time zones to keep projects on track Responsabilità Experience in instructional design for adult learners in corporate training or professional development A degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or related field Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks (Andragogy, Bloom's Taxonomy, Cognitive Load Theory, Gagné's Nine Events) Experience working in an SME-partner model Excellent written and verbal English communication Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational and planning skills Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
