Essential Responsibilities
- Lead the organization in resolving complex customer quality concerns related to supplier performance, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze customer scorecards, driving preventive actions to mitigate disruptions triggered by suppliers.
- Establish strategic partnerships with suppliers to anticipate volume evolution,



adapt to changing quality requirements, and implement long‐term improvement plans.
- Provide advanced engineering support to supplier manufacturing processes, ensuring consistent application of quality techniques to resolve high‑impact issues related to capability, tolerancing, and materials.
- Lead supplier eligibility assessments, readiness reviews, and surveillance audits, ensuring robust early containment actions are applied.
- Drive APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) initiatives, including customer requirements flow‑down, FMEA, and leveraging lessons learned, ensuring PPAP approvals are conducted on‑site when required.
- Champion the use of Flight Deck tools across multidisciplinary teams, driving cultural and operational transformation.
- Develop and implement breakthrough process improvement strategies in collaboration with stakeholders, leveraging Flight Deck principles such as Hoshin
