As a Functional Analyst in our R&D; team, you will support the development of platform projects by validating API integrations and driving robust testing. You will design AI validation criteria and build evaluation benchmarks to ensure reliable AI-driven features. You will contribute to automated testing and adversarial data frameworks to improve product quality and customer satisfaction. This role offers a hands-on path to shape innovative platform solutions in a fast-evolving environment.

Define acceptance criteria for AI outputs and assess correctness across model versions
Build adversarial datasets and evaluation benchmarks for AI features,

Responsibilities 2-3 years of experience as a functional analyst in a tech environment
Strong understanding of APIs and tools (e.g., Postman)
Experience with end-to-end testing and test automation
Experience defining acceptance criteria and evaluating AI-generated outputs (datasets, benchmarks, edge-case validation, hallucination detection, regression testing)
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in English (C1)
