Represents Rome Marriott Park, Milan Marriott Hotel, Delta by Marriott Giardini Naxos, Ortea Palace Hotel, Sicily - Autograph Collection in his/her market in the main strategic national and international sales activities, in the regional and local market,



in line with the commercial plan. S/he has a solid network and will manage a proper action plan and customer centric approach. S/he will manage an own account portfolio. MAIN ACTIVITIES: • Identifies new or existing markets/accounts that meet properties sales strategy; • Develops a sales action plan to generate business from identified markets/accounts; • Determines the account's needs and marketing activities of each assigned market/account; • Monitors performance of the account portfolio and take actions accordingly • Maintains and develop the RFP's together with Marriott Global Sales Offices • Executes regular analysis of the current market situation and competitors • Attends the commercial meetings and translates the revenue analyses of the Hotels in his/her market into sales activities • Plans and executes office visits and site inspections to increase visibility & brand awareness and to generate new lead
