Job Overview
The IOM Coordination Office for the Mediterranean (COMED) leads and supports communication activities related to migration dynamics in Italy and across the Mediterranean region, ensuring alignment with IOM global communication priorities. In a context of increasing demand for high‐quality visual and multimedia content, there is a need for specialized expertise to enhance the production of communication materials, including videos and digital content, in line with institutional standards and strategic messaging. This consultancy will support the development of compelling,



visually engaging and strategically aligned content to improve outreach, visibility and engagement with key stakeholders, including media, institutions and the general public.
Nature of the Consultancy
This consultancy aims to provide specialized expertise in visual communication, graphic design, video production and digital content development to support the Media and Communication Unit (MCU) of IOM COMED. The consultant will contribute to strengthening the quality, consistency and impact of IOM communication outputs, with a focus on digital storytelling, social media content and visibility products. The work will be carried out through a combination of remote work and in‐person presence, ensuring flexibility for activities requiring direct collaboration.
