Responsibilities
Support to the design and development of trade show events.
Update and implementation of exhibitor and visitor databases.
Support commercial activities, preparation of offers and contracts.
Manage relationships with exhibitors, visitors, suppliers and partners.
Organise and supervise assistance services for exhibitors.
Support marketing and communication activities of the event.
Manage and update digital content and web and social channels.
Assist in budgeting planning and monitoring of the event.
Support international projects and manage overseas delegations.
Carry out pre‐ and post‐sale activities to support exhibitors.
Prerequisites
Laurea triennale o magistrale (o titolo equipollente).
Experience, even brief, in commercial, events organization or trade fair sector (preferred).




Excellent written and spoken English.
Proficiency in a second foreign language, preferably German or French (good).
Good knowledge of IT tools and Office package.
Availability for domestic and international travel.
Availability to work during exhibition periods, also on weekends.
Strong organizational, relational skills and team working orientation.

Between 24 months and 5 years
