Senior Associate Digital Operations & Process Transformation
We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Product and Digital Transformation practice, with a strong focus on operational transformation, process enablement, and tooling‑led efficiency , within complex, international project environments .




This role is designed for professionals who want to grow as problem solvers and trusted advisors , working on large‑scale, multi‑market Digital ops programs involving multiple stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, and heterogeneous technology stacks . You will contribute to shaping future‑ready Digital operating models , helping organizations scale market coordination and campaign management activities through standardization, automation, and smart tooling .
This role is based in our Milan office with a hybrid work model (2 days remote, 3 days onsite).
Your Role
As a Senior Associate, you will play an active role in international operations transformation initiatives , supporting complex delivery programs characterized by multiple stakeholders, distributed teams, and layered governance models .
