About the Position Michael Kors is looking for a passionate, globally minded individual with strong communication skills to serve as a Jet Set Ambassador in a fast‐paced, creative retail environment. The ambassador represents the brand and delivers an elevated customer experience.
Responsibilities Work as part of the Jet Set Team, supporting colleagues across the store
Own personal self‐evaluation and performance as a Jet Set Ambassador
Maintain image and grooming standards aligned with brand policy
Collaborate with management on sales strategies, product knowledge, brand standards, and service
Model company behaviors and use the behavior toolkit effectivelyLead by example to ensure exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business
Maintain client communication using all available client‐eling apps
Proactively manage client database and use information to increase sales
Maintain floor presence and lead by example
Communicate with management to drive store performance
Meet and exceed sales goals and hold yourself accountable for results




Use product‐knowledge packs to become a selling expert and advise customers with passion and confidence
Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales
Follow loss prevention and H&S; guidelines
Execute VM standards according to guidelines and leverage technology for inventory management, sales analysis, and customer engagement
Qualifications Excitement and enthusiasm for working in a fast‐paced retail environment
Ability to collaborate and inspire team members to achieve results
Technology proficiency and knowledge of leveraging technology to drive sales and customer experience
Fluent English preferred with strong communication skills
