Your Role & Impact
Lead the full management of the store, ensuring its commercial success and driving profitability by achieving and exceeding sales and profit targets.
Managing all store resources to deliver an excellent shopping experience for customers.
Ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures and initiatives.

Act as a Brand Ambassador, consistently reflecting adidas values and culture.
Ensure ongoing team training on customer service, brand, and product knowledge.
Oversee store operations in line with company policies and procedures.
