The Retail Regional Manager plays a pivotal role in leading our East Coast retail shops. You will oversee operations, lead our retail team, drive sales, optimize costs, and take ownership of the overall profit and loss (P&L;). Partner closely with the Head of Retail for NA to develop and execute mid‑to‑long‑term retail strategies aligned with the company’s global vision and brand positioning.
Own and manage full P&L; responsibility for the East Coast retail business, including revenue growth, cost control, margin optimization, and productivity improvement.
Translate commercial objectives into clear operational priorities, KPIs, and execution plans across the region.
Oversee 17+ stores across metropolitan cities in the East Coast with responsibility for ongoing annual store expansion.
Lead and develop a retail leadership team including 3+ Cluster Managers and a frontline organization of 150+ associates.
Ensure consistent execution of store operations standards, including sales performance, service excellence, visual merchandising, hygiene, and safety compliance.
