Experteer Overview In this role you will supervise inspection activities and provide technical support across cross‐functional teams to ensure high-quality inspection outcomes. You will review documentation, validate inspectors, and contribute to technical bid support and process improvement within the Industrial Services business area. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to address technical issues, uphold governance, and drive continuous improvement in inspection services. This position offers the opportunity to shape how inspections are planned, executed and reported in complex EPC and industrial projects.
Retribuzione / Benefits Supervise inspection activities and provide operational/technical support to inspectors and coordinators
Review inspection documentation (ITPs, procedures, drawings, schedules, standards) for accuracy and alignment with standards
Provide technical guidance during daily operations and resolve client/ project issues
Support expediting activities by reviewing manufacturing progress and inspection planning




Review inspection reports for completeness, technical accuracy and evidence
Maintain inspectors' profiles and qualifications; onboard new inspectors per requirements
Prepare and conduct technical interviews with inspectors and resources
Assess suitability of inspectors for specific assignments based on background and project needs
Support implementation and improvement of internal procedures and quality processes
Assist bid managers during tender phases, reviewing technical specs and client requirements
Identify technical resources for projects and assist in preparing inspectors' profiles for client submissions
Provide input for technical components of commercial proposals
Conduct remote inspections when applicable and deliver technical training to inspectors and teams
Interface with clients and stakeholders as a technical contact and support audits and clarifications
Contribute to determining corrective and preventive acti
