You will champion a Zero Incidents safety culture, oversee production, quality, and maintenance, and steer Industry 4.0 and digital initiatives. 10+ years in senior leadership roles
Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or comparable) or equivalent
Deep understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and technologies
Proven record leading teams, transforming culture, and driving change
Experience implementing Lean/Six Sigma to improve performance
