Adamant Group , an international operator in advanced biofuels and renewable feedstocks, is seeking a Sustainability Junior Specialist to join its Sustainability & Compliance team in Milan.

The selected candidate will work closely with Trading and Operations teams, supporting auditing activities, traceability processes and sustainability documentation management related to certified products and raw material flows.

Key Responsibilities
- Support internal and external sustainability auditing activities
- Manage sustainability and traceability documentation
- Apply and monitor mass balance principles
- Coordinate with Trading and Operations teams to ensure proper certification compliance
- Support alignment with ISCC and other relevant sustainability frameworks

Requirements
- Degree in Environmental Sciences,



Environmental Engineering or related disciplines with a focus on sustainability
- Strong interest in auditing and regulatory compliance activities
- Knowledge of mass balance principles
- Experience in managing sustainability-related documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- English level B2 minimum (mandatory)

Location Milan, Italy - Full-time, on-site

Salary range: €25,000 – €30,000, depending on experience
