with the objective to increase brand engagement and retention, for ensuring that the loyalty program supports also cross selling and Responsible Gaming limits objectives;Design the loyalty program in terms of goals, mechanics, rewarding, economic and technical feasibility;Implement and manage the loyalty program evolutions also through benchmarks and customer listening and define the yearly roadmap;Manage loyalty awareness and engagement campaign plans, both online and in store,Monitor main loyalty KPIs in terms of engaged customers, loyalty transactions on retail, loyalty premio spending, loyalty CSI and define corrective actions;Manage omnichannel activities in terms of caring events (online and offline) and continuous push on loyalty usage on retail to enlarge omnichannel Customer Base;Manage promotions (like bonus wheel) in terms of clustering, goals, mechanics, rewarding, economics and technical feasibility.What you’ll bring:You have
