In this role, you will help maximize deal value through operational insights and performance improvement across acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings. You will join the Delivering Deal Value team, collaborating with clients from private equity, corporates, and financial institutions to shape post-deal value creation. You'll assess operations, identify synergies, and design cost efficiency and TOM initiatives to support integration or separation. The role offers exposure to large-scale, international transactions and a fast-paced, transformative environment.
