maximising visibility and commercial performance.Your main responsibilitiesEnsure full promotion of the hotel and the wider group portfolio.Manage an existing client portfolio and actively prospect new business across the Italian and European markets.Prepare and implement a monthly action plan.Build strong, loyal relationships with corporate clients and luxury travel advisors, driving revenue.Organise and conduct property visits for potential clients.Negotiate and supervise corporate and leisure contracts.Represent the property at trade shows, sales missions, and industry events.Monitor competitor activity and adapt sales strategies accordingly.Collaborate closely with leading luxury brand and distribution partners.Your ProfileA degree from a hospitality or business school.A first solid track record in luxury hospitality sales — ready for your second step into a more autonomous, high-visibility role.Ideally, an established network within the international luxury leisure segment (Virtuoso, ILTM Cannes, Leading Hotels of the World clientele and comparable circles).Fluency in Italian and English is required;
