Experteer Overview In this role you will validate and test next‐generation surgical products, supporting design inputs, verification, and regulatory compliance across development stages. You will work within Barco's R&D; team in an international setting to ensure product quality, safety, and industrialisation readiness. You'll coordinate with external labs, perform environmental and electrical safety tests, and contribute to process improvements. You will directly impact patient care by helping bring reliable, compliant medical devices to market. A strong technician mindset and cross‐functional collaboration are key to succeeding in this role. Retribuzione / Benefits Analyse design inputs, project specifications, and regulatory requirements Define and execute test plans in collaboration with NPI project managers Perform verification and validation testing across different development stages Conduct environmental (climatic, vibration), EMC,



and electrical safety testing Coordinate testing activities with external laboratories and notified bodies Perform gap and conformity analysis against applicable international standards Support industrialisation activities, including zero‐series and pre‐series builds Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, documentation, and tools Collaborate effectively with local teams and Barco headquarters Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent experience Hands‐on experience in a laboratory or test environment Exposure to testing, validation, or certification activities Ability to work independently, organise work, and take initiative Strong communication skills with a structured and analytical mindset Fluent in Italian and English Requisiti fondamentali International working environment Learning and development opportunities Internal growth opportunities Exposure to cutting‐edge surgical products Minimal travel requirements Strong cross‐functional collaboration #J-18808-Ljb
