Responsibilities Develop and optimize CAM programs for complex turbomachinery components using advanced CAD/CAM software Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability and process robustness Define machining strategies and select cutting tools to boost productivity and reduce costs Support the introduction of new products and technologies into manufacturing Analyze machining performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives Maintain and update process documentation,



including setup sheets and tool lists Troubleshoot machining issues and provide technical support to production teams Evaluate and integrate new CAM technologies and software capabilities Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Act as a technical reference for CAM topics within the Manufacturing Engineering team Qualifications Proven CAM programming experience for multi-axis CNC machines (e.g., 5-axis milling, mill-turn) Proficiency in CAM software (e.g., Siemens NX, Mastercam, or similar) Strong understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently Fluent in English and Italian Benefits Flexible working hours Comprehensive private
