Overview Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, is a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components worldwide and maintain a trusted network with industry leaders on both the supplier and customer sides. Position Account Manager – Full time, Sales. Location: IT-Padova, Italy (Via San Crispino). Responsibilities Work within an assigned customer base to grow and develop the business, expanding market share and maximizing Arrow's share of customer spend. Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, utilizing sales methodologies to build key relationships for solution selling. Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts responsible for design opportunities and address existing business challenges. Ensure customer satisfaction regarding supply chain management and other value-added services. Develop strategic account plans for all assigned accounts. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and the marketplace.

At least 3 years' experience in the Electronics industry. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
