La DoubleJ is looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our team in Resistente Dei Marmi.
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop the store team, fostering a positive, collaborative and high-performing environment.
Drive the achievement of sales targets through effective planning, performance monitoring and coaching.
Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to maximize business results.
Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients and VICs, supporting clienteling initiatives and in-store events.
Ensure the boutique consistently meets company standards in terms of visual presentation, operations and customer experience.
Oversee daily store operations while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with company procedures.
Monitor stock levels, sell‐through performance and inventory accuracy, coordinating with Buying and Operations teams when needed.
Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.




Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews and provide continuous feedback to the team.
Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure appropriate store coverage, supporting the management of absences and leave.
Act as the key point of contact between the store and HQ, ensuring effective communication and execution of company initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within the luxury or premium retail industry.
Proven experience leading and developing retail teams.
Fluent English (additional language skills are a plus).
Strong leadership, organizational and problem‐solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Commercial mindset with a strong focus on achieving business targets.
Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
