Duration: 12 months (Sept. 2026– Sept. 2027), with strong performers confirmed for a second year at the 9-month mark.

Strong support: Dedicated managers, mentors, and program leaders.
By the end of the program, you will understand how business decisions are made, how markets and customers influence strategy, and how sales teams create value in a complex international environment.
