As leader of the Italian Marketing Department, directly reporting to the General Manager,

Increase Traffic in both Physical / Online Stores
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategy to increase market share and brand awareness through 3 main areas of responsibility:
Develop and execute comprehensive full-funnel media and advertising strategies for the Sephora brand, as well as for co-branded campaigns with partner brands.
Create and implement effective social media strategies for Sephora Italy's local social channels (@sephoraitalia on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube).
Lead and direct PR and digital PR strategies to ensure a strong presence and maintain relevance in the Italian market.
Establish and manage influencer collaborations to preserve an authentic tone of voice, foster advocacy aligned with the brand image and maximize reach and impact.
Develop and consistently implement original content across all platforms.
