Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting Food Service Experts / Chef de rang.
Reporting to the F&B; Outlets Manager, the role covers tasks related to F&B; service in any of our four outlets.
- Full‑time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
- Starting date is estimated July.

Responsibilities
- Take guests’ food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys).
- Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate.
- Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.
- Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
- Order and restock outlet inventory.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.

Qualifications
- Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
- A warm,



people‑oriented demeanor and a team‑player attitude.
- At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
- A safety‑first approach.
- Positive outlook and dependability.
- Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
