Reporting directly to the senior manager of Strategic Pricing and Margin Expansion EMEA of Commercial Operations, the pricing analyst plays a key role in enabling data-driven pricing decisions across the region. The role provides actionable insights and analytical support to drive the execution of pricing methodologies in EMEA, with a strong focus on margin protection, price governance, and consistency across countries.
This role is critical to improving the profitability of the EMEA P&L; and will involve the development of pricing analysis, and insights to support commercial decision-making.



The Pricing Analyst will also contribute to shaping pricing strategies and helping shift the commercial mindset towards value-based and disciplined pricing at all levels of the organization.
In this role, you will work closely with commercial, finance, Insights and enablement team and other cross-functional stakeholders to support effective pricing decisions.
Responsibilities
List Price Management for direct and indirect markets:
- Own and coordinate the annual list price cycle from planning through implementation, ensuring timelines, data accuracy, and readiness for go-live.
- Prepare pricing analyses, templates, and supporting documentation to enable structured stakeholder reviews and approvals.
- Coordinate pricing inputs and approvals across Sales Leadership, Finance, and VP-level stakeholders, ensuring full audit trail and compliance with governance requirements.
- Manage pricing exceptions, including delayed implementations: ensure justification is captured and approvals are secured through the defined approvers.
