The Customer Application Engineer is a key role in the Commercial Service organization responsible for defining, preparing, and managing the technical portion of the Long‐Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) proposals. Key Responsibilities Analyze technical specifications from customers, define and prepare the scope of work, ensure accurate cost control, and manage technical risks. Estimate OPEX costs for existing and new technologies, collaborate with commercial and sales teams to optimize proposals, and support negotiations with customers on technical aspects. Work closely with the regional commercial team as a key partner in strategy development to create the most competitive and winning proposal. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university.



0–4 years of industry experience in a role such as Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Application Engineer, or Project Manager. Fluent spoken and written English. Willingness to travel with short notice. Desired Qualifications Master's degree in engineering with a focus on turbo‐machinery. Specific O&G; market knowledge and experience is strongly recommended. Good knowledge of rotating machinery, particularly gas turbines. Ability to multi‐task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Team‐oriented, able to work autonomously and lead complex solutions under pressure and with tight deadlines. GB/BB certification.
