We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Event Associate to boost our presence at key conferences while driving digital engagement. In this role, you'll handle the logistical organization and execution of events and promote our participation. Event Planning & Execution Manage conference participation and execution, including vendor coordination, logistics, team support,



and hotel bookings Assist with conference & event requests and ensure efficient organization of materials and activities Travel to conferences to assist with event management and product demonstrations Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to prepare for events and manage inquiries Ensure timely and effective internal communication with all stakeholders Help coordinate conference agendas and participation with Sales/BD teams Support the Marketing team in online event planning initiatives Digital Marketing Manage event-related email campaigns and social media promotion to drive attendance and engagement at conferences Support social media channels, including content creation, posting, and reporting on LinkedIn and Twitter Assist with content creation for blog posts and educational materials Help promote the company's expertise through insightful content and strategic marketing efforts Collaboration Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment and project delivery Stay organized to meet deadlines and engage all stakeholders effectively Contribu
