and generate incremental consumer demand.Driving sales growth across channels in Lombardia and South Tyrol, including ski schools, clubs, and sports associations.Ensuring profitable and sustainable retailer-rental growth in your territory.Managing the full order book and resolving delivery or credit issues to guarantee timely supply.Activating trade marketing and sell-through programs in collaboration with internal Marketing teams.Leading product presentations and consumer events to showcase the value, innovation, and technical features of Atomic's Apparel & Protective lines.Representing Atomic at events and collaborating internally to share best practices, contribute to team meetings, and ensure a superior customer experience.Your profile and required competenciesProven sales expertise in apparel and winter sports equipment, with at least 3+ years in account management or a similar roleStrong business
