As part of our goals, we are seeking a Sales Manager – Transformer s to support the expansion of our transformer business. The ideal candidate will bring solid commercial experience in the transformers industry, a strong network of industry contacts, and a proven ability to develop new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships

Responsibilities:




- Develop and expand the transformers business by leveraging an existing and active network of customers and decision makers within the transformer manufacturing industry;
- Generate new opportunities and sales by activating established commercial relationships with OEMs and key players in the transformer market;
- Manage the full commercial cycle, from opportunity identification to negotiation and contract closure;
- Lead commercial negotiations and prepare technical and economic proposals in collaboration with internal engineering and operations teams;
- Support technical and contractual discussions with customers and prospects;
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients;
- Monitor commercial performance and report regularly to senior management on pipeline, opportunities, and results;
- Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, production, quality, logistics) to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed;
- Represent the company at industry
