In this role, you will guide clients from today’s challenges to tomorrow’s outcomes by driving discovery sessions to articulate Pega’s technology can act, learn, and adapt across the enterprise. and confidence to executive conversations.

What You'll Do at Pega:
- Articulate the value of Pega’s agentic AI platform, clearly explaining how autonomous agents, workflow orchestration, and real-time decisioning drive measurable business outcomes.
- Lead value-focused discovery and executive-facing presentations that translate complex customer challenges into a clear solution approach, shifting conversations from features to measurable outcomes and helping advance the deal with Sales.
- Build trusted relationships across client organizations to surface new opportunities, identify emerging challenges, and guide clients toward impactful solutions
- Position “the art of the possible” by helping enterprise clients envision new operating models enabled by AI-driven execution.
