Position Summary

At Perugina, we are proud of a heritage that has inspired generations through iconic products and a passion for chocolate.

As part of the Museo Storico Casa del Cioccolato Perugina, you will support the team in delivering engaging visitor experiences, guiding guests through the history of the brand, its products and its chocolate-making tradition.





Throughout the internship, you will gain hands-on experience in visitor engagement, storytelling, event support and museum operations, while discovering how a historical corporate museum contributes to strengthening brand awareness and customer experience.

This internship is ideal for candidates interested in culture, tourism, communication, hospitality and visitor experience.

A Day in the Life
- Welcome visitors and support daily museum activities.
- Accompany individuals and groups during guided tours, sharing the history of Perugina, its iconic products and the evolution of the factory.
- Help create engaging and memorable experiences for visitors from different backgrounds and nationalities.
- Support educational activities, events, tastings and special initiatives organized by the museum.
- Provide information about the museum and its services, ensuring a high standard of visitor satisfaction.
