To support the continued growth of HYROX Italy, we are looking for a Partnership Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Milan. As our Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in creating clear ownership of partner operations and ensuring consistent delivery across all races, while maintaining strong internal alignment between departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Athlete Services. This role is essential to our strategic goal of scaling efficiently while maintaining high operational standards and partner satisfaction. This is an ideal role for an organized, relationship-driven professional who wants to build stronger long-term partner relationships within a fast-paced, international sports brand.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner Management:



Own day-to-day management and relationship building with HYROX brand partners to optimize retention and satisfaction.
- Rights Implementation: Manage the execution of all partner rights, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across marketing channels (social media, newsletters, logos, and asset implementation) as well as ticket allocations.
- On-site Activation: Lead on-site event activation and branding, ensuring excellent execution by attending all HYROX events across Italy.
- KPI Tracking: Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), offering actionable insights and clear ROI to our partners.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate invoicing processes directly with the Finance department and maintain tight cross-functional alignment with internal teams.

YOUR PROFILE
- Education & Experience: You hold a university degree or equivalent professional experience in Sports Management, Marketing, Business Administration
