For our manufacturing site Zhermack in Badia Polesine, we are looking for a:

IT Support Specialist

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and managing corporate hardware and software,



contributing to the continuity of IT services and the improvement of user experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to end users on hardware, software, and corporate applications
- Analyze and resolve incidents and complex issues, collaborating with other levels of IT support when necessary
- Install, configure, and test devices, workstations, and software in accordance with company standards
- Manage and maintain user accounts and access (Active Directory, VPN, connectivity)
- Support the configuration and maintenance of workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Ensure the proper functioning of systems through maintenance and troubleshooting activities
- Communicate clearly with non-technical users, supporting them through to issue resolution
- Train users on new tools and technologies
- Monitor incidents and ensure consistent follow-up until closure
- Participate in the implementation of IT sec
