Who will you be joining?

You will join the global SuccessFactors Product Owners team which is responsible for driving the roll out of SuccessFactors modules, add on tools and AI features for all Allianz entities globally. We drive continuous improvements of the global HR system landscape with a focus on user experience and AI. We collaborate closely with our stakeholders in the local Allianz entities, the global Product Houses and our Tech and Services partners. We operate in cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and support the rollout and usage of HR tools and systems across Allianz Operating Entities. In addition to exciting topics and a collaborative work environment, we support and challenge you and your development. During your time with our team, you will complete a two-year, work-integrated Master's program at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE),
