The SAP Academy for Services & Consulting is a global development program designed for talent who are early in their career.
Who You’ll become
As a Technology Consultant, you will help customers implement and adopt SAP solutions so they realize measurable business outcomes. In this early-career role, you will support both solution delivery and post-go-live adoption across SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP BTP—applying AI-enabled insights to accelerate enablement, release adoption, usage monitoring,
and value realization.
You’ll develop skills in IT strategy, SAP technologies, cloud solutions, and AI, learning hands-on through real projects with guidance from experienced consultants.
This role is a strong entry point into enterprise consulting, where you’ll help customers successfully implement and adopt solutions, use AI to improve outcomes, and grow your career in a collaborative, supportive team environment.
What you’ll do:
As part of the SAP Academy for Services & Consulting, Technology Consultant Associates will:
- Successfully complete a structured 12-month learn-and-apply academy program
- Participate in classroom learning, simulations, and real-customer engagement scenarios
