Implement the EAM module of Octave Attune for a refinery Digital Twin programme.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will translate maintenance strategies and plans into the EAM configuration (Octave Attune), perform Spare Parts Reliability Engineering and deliver the EAM-side activities: asset register, work orders, PM program, turnaround support and materials management.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Configure the asset register and equipment hierarchy (ISO 14224), aligned with the Digital Twin tags
- Configure work management and the preventive-maintenance program (plans, frequencies, triggers, routes)
- Run Spare Parts Reliability Engineering: criticality classification, min/max, reorder points, insurance-spare modelling, BOM rationalization
- Configure Spare Parts & Materials Management and prepare master data for EAM/SAP MM
- Support turnaround activities and EAM-side data migration/integration
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR




- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or equivalent)
- 5+ years in maintenance and/or EAM/CMMS configuration in process plants
- Functional implementation of EAM modules (asset register, work orders, PM, materials)
- Standards: ISO 14224
- Tools: Hexagon EAM (Octave Attune);
alternatively SAP PM, IBM Maximo or equivalents
NICE TO HAVE
- Specific experience with Hexagon EAM / Octave Attune
- Knowledge of spare-parts and warehouse processes in refineries
LOCATION
Office or at Client's premises in Italy.
