Responsibilities
- Drive high‐priority company initiatives. Work on a broad range of strategic and operational projects across the company.



Take ownership of complex initiatives, coordinate across functions, and help ensure excellent execution.
- Support financial planning and business performance. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, business reviews, and analyses that help us understand performance, evaluate trade‐offs, and make better decisions.
- Increase the effectiveness of the organization. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across teams and processes. Help design systems, workflows, and operating mechanisms that enable the company to scale.
- Leverage AI and automation. Use AI, automation, and better processes to reduce unnecessary manual work, improve decision quality, and increase the effectiveness of the company's operations.
